Wheel Cylinder Rebuilding

By Budd Bennion, Seattle

After disassembly, polish bore of cylinder with hone.
Wash casting and other metal parts with clean alcohol or approved brake fluid.
DO NOT USE GASOLINE, KEROSENE or any other fluid that might contain even THE SLIGHTEST TRACE OF MINERAL OIL, as these are injurious to rubber parts and will cause future trouble.
(This tip was included with a Dormont wheel cylinder rebuild kit.)
